Specializing in digitalizing quotation and booking processes and managing mergers & acquisitions, he combines strategic vision with agile leadership to drive innovation and collaboration. A certified PMP, Scrum Product Owner, and Scrum Master with a BSc in Maritime Technology.
Stefan is dedicated to guiding clients through successful digital transformations in the shipping industry.

He has specialized in the digitalization of quotation and booking processes and the management or merger & acquisitions in the shipping industry.

Stefan orchestrates projects with finesse, drawing on his proven experience in building efficient structures and leading large teams.
